Employment Assistance Program

EQUALS has qualified Employment Support staff that are committed to providing you with assistance in securing and maintaining employment (subject to the conditions of your Visa). For over 15 years, we have worked closely with local industry and employers and hold an excellent reputation for quality graduates.

International Student Liaison

The International Student Liaison team will assist you with things such as Visas, Overseas Student Health Insurance, applications, and other personal needs. If you need any assistance at all, please visit the International Student Liaison team.

Buddy Program

During your orientation with EQUALS, you will be introduced to a Buddy (usually an Australian Enrolled Nurse Student or past Graduate) who will be your buddy/mentor during your studies at EQUALS. Your buddy can help you with study skills, getting to know your way around Adelaide, meeting new friends and many other aspects to your academic and personal experience here in Australia.

Looking After Yourself - Aspects of Healing

Being a busy fulltime student means that you need to take care of yourself and your health. EQUALS Health Care Students are offered special privileges and international student discount on a range of Natural Healing services from our local integrated health centre, Aspects of Healing. These include:

• Remedial and Relaxation Massage (Chinese Cupping and Chinese Massage available)

* All modalities are covered by an extra private health insurance rather than standard Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

Interact is EQUALS� social networking division. Interact provides an ideal opportunity for students to participate in social gatherings, professional development evenings and general networking events. Interact membership is freely available to international students and provides a warm and friendly environment where you can learn about your new Australian city.
